Who doesn't like hearts! These crochet hearts are ideal to hang in the baby's crib or decorate their room. And you only need a few scraps of yarn to knit them.

INSTRUCTIONS
Start by knitting a magic ring (see video).
1st row: Make 6 single crochets in the circle.
2nd row: 1 increase in each stitch (=12 sts)
3rd row: (1 single crochet, 1 increase)* (=18 sts)
4th row: (2 single crochet, 1 increase)* (=24 sts)
5th row: 24 single crochet
6th row: 24 single crochet
Close the last stitch and set aside.
Start a new circle in the same way, but don't close the last stitch. Join the two pieces with two chain stitches.
7th row: 48 single crochet
8th row: 48 single crochet
9th row: (11 single crochet, 1 decrease)* 8 single crochet
10th row: 4 single crochet, 1 decrease. (10 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 3 single crochet
11th row: (9 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 7 single crochet
12th row: 4 single crochet, 1 decrease. (8 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 1 single crochet
13th row: (7 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 6 single crochet
14th row: 3 single crochet 1 decrease. (6 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 1 single crochet
15th row: (5 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 5 single crochet
16th row: 3 single crochet, 1 decrease. (4 single crochet 1 decrease.)*
17th row: 4 single crochet, 1 decrease. (3 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 3 single crochet
18th row: (2 single crochet, 1 decrease.)*
19th row: 3 single crochet, 1 decrease. (1 single crochet, 1 decrease.)* 1 single crochet

Close the stitches by using a tapestry needle to pass the yarn between the 4 stitches.
